Well... after over 2 mentally draining years, it's now show time.  I ask anyone who receives this to please forward to whom ever you can.  Forwarding within the State of Texas, and if possible Austin, TX, would be absolutely spectacular.  I've already sent it to the AGO of Texas... & others.  Some of those 'others' have there hands legally tied from doing anything more then reading this.  I can appreciate that.  I just want to thank all of you who where there from the start.  kjd/NY

The Family Court System of Texas is putting a life in medical danger for the sole purpose of covering up a case in which blatant corruption was used as a tool to prosecute an innocent person.  I have long ago accepted the fact that jail time for me is inevitable.  While I know I most likely will make things much worse for myself by doing this;  I will speak before everyone, and to anyone, who will listen.  Consequences never have and never will stop me.

What makes this unique, is that the judge in this case made the defendant (I/myself) a 'Biological Father' of a then 16 year old boy whom I have never met, or spoken to, with absolutely no DNA proof what-so-ever.

To make matters worse, filing any sort of legal objection in this case is something I have to do myself.  I have contacted many attorneys who wanted nothing to do with this case;  once that 'Default Judgment' was placed.  I was laughed at; told "too bad" and that I should just pay them off ASAP so the interest doesn't build up.  What were they scared of?  That I had to find out on my own.  Please allow me to explain it in more detail.

I have been denied legal assistance from the moment I found out what the judges decision against me entailed.  It wasn't when I received that little white post card in the mail, for all to read, simply stating that judgment in this case went to the plaintiff.  It wasn't a week or two later.  No...not a month or two later either.  It wasn't until approximately 5 months afterward when I received a letter from my bank, in February of 2009, stating liens were put against my account. I found out HHS-OCSE (Health & Human Services - Office of Child Support Enforcement) was responsible because I was named as the 'Biological Father', from that court ruling in Texas.  I then understood their definition of 'Contempt of Court'.  I knew at that moment it was time to put up...or shut up.  They already knew.

My alleged 'Biological Son', whom I still never met, or spoken to, has turned 18 years old in July of 2010.  I have been stonewalled from submitting a 'Paternal DNA Test' since 2009.  I absolutely want to know if I have a son.  He would be my one and only child if proven so, though he's not exactly a child anymore.  If the 'Family Court System' is supposed to be about what's in the best interest of a child, then I wonder how can the 'Federal Government' allow this to happen, knowing they spend so much money toward this type of issue?  It is because they have absolutely no jurisdiction over these matters.  The only thing they can do is abide by any judgment the courts hand them & act accordingly.  Yes...it is sad, but true.

This paragraph is meant for a pal of mine who works at the AGO (Attorney General Office) of Texas;  Greg.  Hey Greg, how are you?  As for me, I've seen much, much better days.  But, I'm still here...still fighting.  By the way, Greg, do you at all recollect the issues that the AG (Attorney General) of Texas had against one of his own...Judge David Hanschen?  If so, perhaps you also recall what steps the AG of Texas took against Ms. Ginger Weatherspoon;  you know, the AAG (Assistant Attorney General) within the AGO of Texas who refused to sign false affidavits, which was orchestrated by the AG of Texas himself from what I have read, against said judge?  That's right Greg, it sounded ugly.  Texas Family Court Laws changed a bit in 2008 because of this scandal, if I'm not mistaking.  Believe it or not, those changes actually went against me, but did they really?  You see, Greg, those changes were issued a long time after this case against me was originally docketed.  I'm just keeping you up to date, Greg.

PS: The only mental block I have is that I just can't figure out what exactly this judges definition of 'Biological Father' is.  I know what it is.  I also know I must do what ever it takes to prove if I am indeed one, or not.  I MUST.  There is a persons life at stake here, and it could be my 'Biological Son's'.  I need no more motivation then that.  However;  I would love to hear the definition of 'Biological Father' from this quite intelligent judge who signed off on my particular case, along with his credentials for overriding any, and every, known definition of 'Biological Father'.

Well...hence my saga at this moment in time as it continues.  I live in Yaphank-Long Island, NY.  I am absolutely positive the current AG of Texas knows exactly who I am.  Just ask my pal Greg.  I would have to imagine that he now knows that no matter what it takes, I will do my best to prove that the old saying "What comes around, goes around.", is still alive & well.  I am also ready for that wheel to come crashing back down on me big time, in a very bad way, very soon.  Once again though, I am ready to accept any and all consequences for my actions.  One thing is for sure, "Corruption can not stop time.".
