Exploring the corrupt definition of 'Biological Father' - kjdNY

So... you're trying to get a birth certificate for evidence...?
Good luck!

"THIS WAS THE PROCESS I WENT THROUGH... short & to the point."

1st)  I research the requirements of the 'Texas Vital Records Department' having jurisdiction of my request.

2nd)  I then call them directly to confirm what they require from myself, above what I already knew.

3rd)  I send them my proof of identity, money order, & pages of concern within that 'court order'.
"You know, the pages declaring me a 'Biological Father'."
I also had to submit a form.  There was one question on it which asked what my relationship to the individual was.  Most people would answer... Father, Mother, Aunt, Uncle... I'm sure you see were I'm coming from.  I was wondering what I should put, so I came up with:  'Alleged Biological Father-See attached'.  It seemed right to me.

4th)  I did everything I was instructed to do... then waited for the copy to arrive.

5th)  I get a letter from them, along with another form, which mentioned that I needed to sign that form admitting my personal acknowledgment of being this persons true ''Biological Father'.
"I guess their own laws aren't even trusted by the people within their own system."

6th)  I looked at it in disbelief, called my contacts at HHS-OCSE in both Manhattan, NY & Dallas, TX;  which left them absolutely speechless.  As usual though, there was nothing they could do.  I kind of figured as much.
"I told them both that I refuse to sign anything from these 'Circus of Court Corruption Clowns'."

The above all happened well before this page was originally posted (at bottom).

One last thing to mention on this page... I received another letter, a few months later, from them asking me what they should do with the money order I had sent them.  I called them directly and spoke with my contact there.  I told her to just hold onto it.  I told her that them having it means a lot more to me.  I know it sounds a little twisted, but then again, I had my own reasons.  And also, the money order wasn't for that much money anyway.
