Something to think about:
You get pulled over for suspicion of DWI. You refuse to submit to testing. You will be presumed guilty, as that alcohol content will eventually subside over time. That I can understand.
You get a letter in the mail from a state you haven't lived in in over 13 years. It wants you to submit to Paternal DNA testing. With absurd threats against you, you refuse to answer that court order. You will be presumed as the 'Biological Father', as the DNA will eventually subside over time. Will someone explain this to me?
Now, I ask...what is wrong with paragraph #2 (the one directly above this one)? It doesn't make much sense, now does it. Well, I guess it does because that was the judges order against me. Who cares about laws. Who cares about right from wrong. Who cares about what the definition of 'Contempt of Court' means. Who cares what a system, which is supposed to be what's in the best interest of the child, stands for. Who cares if that system is putting the child's life in danger. WHO CARES? Not the system, that's for damn sure. They've made it much too obvious to me.
Hypothetical situation:
The alleged 'Biological Son' of the alleged 'Biological Father' needs medical information from that alleged 'Biological Father' because of an illness which his alleged 'Biological Father' can be of major importance and possibly save his life as an organ donor, or what-ever. Who's fault will it be if something drastic happens to that alleged 'Biological Son' because too much time is wasted trying to track down that alleged 'Biological Father' but only to find out there might not be a match? Who's fault will it be if it led to death? Will the 'Court of Corruption' take responsibility for their irresponsibility's? Yeah, yeah... I'm sure they have insurance.
Corrupt hypothetical example:
In my own opinion; another example of how absurd this ruling against me is, is that a judge can declare; "When I put my gavel down, from that point forward the sky will officially be red, clouds don't exist, day will be night & up shall be down.". It does sound quite ridiculous, does it not?
And to end this page:
I can submit proof that HHS-OCSE (Health & Human Services - Office of Child Support Enforcement) knows I had attempted to get the DNA test done, to say the least. I feel it's not only if; but when the time comes to prove my case, I will also prove not only this, but also that and the other thing as well. I'm just hoping for a 'Higher Court' to test me on it. I want to look those scumbags in the eye, in a real court of law, and watch them quiver.
